Job Description
- Collaborate with Project Directors on all areas of the architectural consultancy process including design, preparation of presentation materials, design documentation, project management and project administration.
- Liaise and coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors.
- Oversee progress of on-site works and attend to site matters.
- Ensure design quality and authority compliance.
- Master's degree in Architecture/Architectural Studies.
- Registered Architect with Board of Architects Singapore preferred.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in architectural consultancy. Have experience in building projects for healthcare/medical industry.
- Conversant with local building codes and regulations.
- Proficient in Revit, Sketchup, Photoshop.
