AR-Billing Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and issue accurate invoices.

• Analyze billing data to detect inconsistencies or errors.

• Resolve billing disputes and respond to customer inquiries.

• Coordinate with internal teams.

Key Skills:

Attention to detail, analytical thinking, proficiency in billing software or ERP systems, and strong communication skills.

• Must be willing to work night shift schedules (US hours) and during PH Holidays.
• Must be able to work at Alabang, Muntinlupa when work in the office resumes (temp WFH).
