• Purchasing project and resource planning, costing, management, and reporting
• Professional quality assurance of all purchasing procedures, artefacts, and tools
• Recruitment, onboarding, and exiting of surge contractors and labour hire agency liaison
• Responding to and distributing all purchasing communications
• Developing communication and advertising material for procurement platforms to promote approach to market releases
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders in relation to publication of outcomes, meeting dates and times, and responses to written enquiries
