Job Description
Purpose of the Role
The Apprentice IT Trainer will be trained to design, deliver and support high-quality training programmes for internal and external clients. Working under the guidance of experienced trainers, the apprentice will develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to progress into a fully competent training professional in a technical capacity. This role is designed as a developmental position, with responsibilities increasing as competence and confidence grow throughout the apprenticeship.
Key Training Responsibilities
The apprentice will be trained and supported to carry out the following activities:
Deliver training programmes in classroom, online, webinar and one-to-one settings.
