Apprentice - Database & CRM Lead Capture Specialist

⁠Maintain, update, and cleanse CRM database records to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Conduct routine data audits, identify duplicates, and perform data deduplication. 

Standardize data formats, naming conventions, and field structures.

Monitor data integrity and resolve inconsistencies. Import and export data using CRM tools (CSV/XLS imports, API connectors, etc.).

⁠Capture incoming leads from various channels (web forms, events, social media, email campaigns, inbound calls, etc.).

Validate, classify, and score leads based on predefined qualification criteria.

Assign leads to appropriate sales team members in a timely manner.

Track lead source performance and maintain accurate attribution in CRM. Ensure all new leads are correctly tagged, segmented, and categorized.
