We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Appraisal Coordinator to support our appraisal team in managing property evaluations efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of appraisal processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively.

Role: Appraisal Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate appraisal orders from start to completion
• Communicate with appraisers, clients, and internal teams through phone and email
• Provide timely updates on appraisal status and follow up on pending items
• Handle concerns, escalations, and urgent requests professionally
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with company processes
• Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
