Position: L3 Application Support & Deployment Engineer
We are looking for an experienced Application Support & Deployment Engineer who is passionate about deployment, troubleshooting, and system support. The role involves supporting business-critical applications, managing deployments, resolving technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
Must-Have Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or any related field
- At least 3 years of experience in Deployment Engineering, Application Support, or Development roles
- Strong troubleshooting and system support experience
- Knowledge of deployment processes and change management
- Experience with Windows Server, Microsoft IIS, PowerShell scripting, Microsoft SQL Server, and SQL queries
- Experience using Azure DevOps or Microsoft TFS
