Application Support Engineer (Splunk)

We’re looking for an Application Support Engineer with strong experience in Splunk and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or AWS to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a key role in ensuring system reliability, performance, and visibility across our production environments.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and optimize Splunk dashboards, alerts, and data ingestion for proactive monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Implement and maintain GCP Operations Suite (Stackdriver) and or AWS for logs, metrics, and alerts.
• Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to resolve production issues and improve observability.
• Automate monitoring processes using Python , Bash , or similar scripting languages.
• Participate in on-call rotations and drive root cause analysis for incidents.
