The SAP L1/L2 Support Engineer is responsible for providing first-line technical support for SAP systems. This role involves monitoring system health, troubleshooting basic issues, and escalating complex problems to higher-level support teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP landscapes and a passion for ensuring system stability and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Incident Management: Receive, triage, and resolve L1/L2 modules.
