Responsibilities
- Provide L2/L3 application support for telecom domain applications in a production environment.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Support live production systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Debug and resolve issues in complex, distributed environments.
- Work with cross-functional teams for incident management and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Manage deployments, monitoring, and scaling using AWS services
- Support and maintain APIs, microservices, and backend integrations
- Document issues, solutions, and operational procedures
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
