For this company we are seeking an Application Support Engineer to provide high-quality technical and functional support to clients using its financial trading and market connectivity solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Customer technical and functional support for trading and market connectivity platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve client‑reported issues related to software, trading infrastructure, and market data.
- Work closely with internal teams (development and operations) to escape and resolve critical issues.
- Monitor trading systems for performance and proactively address potential issues.
- Maintain detailed logs of client interactions and issue resolutions.
- Familiarity with Jira a plus.
