What you’ll do:
Conduct analysis, troubleshooting, and diagnosis of incidents related to brokerage account connections. Validate system-generated outcomes against clients' expected data. Manage cases comprehensively, including logging, monitoring, updating, prioritizing, and resolving calls, emails, and indirect inquiries promptly. Capable of fixes, code enhancements, and optimization, with minimal assistance. Should know system well enough to train and assist other Support members Collaborate with developers and product owners to determine corrective actions or feasible workarounds for incident resolution.
