Application Management Engineer

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the maintenance and management of the company's business systems, such as workflow, accounts, permissions, etc.
• Handle business system issues in a timely manner and ensure the achievement of SLAs.
• Deep understand the workflow and business needs within the company departments and identify key needs and critical points.
• Evaluate to ensure business solutions meet key business objectives and needs.
• Deliver and continuously optimize workflows based on business systems.
• Work closely with the team and conduct UAT tests on deliverables.
• Perform user training and establishment of relevant documents.

Qualifications:

• At least two (2) years of experience in enterprise collaboration system management and maintenance, familiar with Larksuite is preferred.
• Familiar with HR attendance, payroll, performance modules and workflows.
