Application Engineer

The Application Engineer will build new custom applications, and support the maintenance of our existing applications, ERP and data collection systems, and participate in the integration of DX technologies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Design, develop, support, and maintain new web-based, custom applications that support business needs and eliminate manual processes.

Build dashboards, reports, and queries within business intelligence applications.

Utilize advanced ERP capabilities and automations to provide solutions to business users.

Troubleshoot and provide end-user support for ERP, data collection (barcode scanners and barcode printers), EDI, and other 3rd party applications via the use of SQL queries, code reviews, logs, data analysis, performance monitoring, and testing.

Coordinate with 3rd party vendors and internal stakeholders for installations, testing, troubleshooting, supporting tickets, and case escalation.
