Key Responsibilities
Platform Configuration & ServiceNow Development
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalogue).
- Manage forms, workflows, notifications, SLAs, and troubleshoot system issues.
- Implement enhancements to improve platform performance and usability.
