Android System Software Engineer/Senior Software Engineer/Technical Manager

Job Description1. Primary customer contact for software issues related to the Android platform, SCM, and code line management.
2. Analyze, clarify, and resolve or escalate system-level issues reported by customers.
3. Conduct root cause analysis and provide immediate solutions or alternatives.
4. Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure effective resolution of issues.
5. Perform performance analysis and optimization of the Android system.
6. Support integration on the Android platform, including troubleshooting, debugging, and verification.
7. Document issue analysis, solutions, and best practices for internal and external reference.
8. Communicate effectively with domestic and international customers (including the USA) to understand requirements and provide technical support.
9. Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, and project reviews.
