Analytics Manager: Data Systems & Center Ops Insights

Infinx is seeking an individual with SQL proficiency and a strong focus on data modeling for a position in Manila. The ideal candidate should have experience in building and owning internal systems, with a good understanding of contact center operations and KPIs.

The role requires a builder mindset for end-to-end ownership and solid data accuracy practices. Good to have skills include Power BI and Tableau, along with prior experience with WFM, QA, LMS, and incentive systems.
