Intermediate Analyst, Workday Operations

What you'll do:

• Own Workday Transactions: Manage day-to-day Workday business processes (corrections, cancellations, rescinds), proactively resolving stalled or stuck transactions and ensuring employee records remain accurate.
• Support HR Core Processes: Action “to do” and “review” steps within Workday (e.g., employee self-service changes, work permit reviews), ensuring timely and compliant processing.
• Manage Key Requests: Handle unassigned requests such as job changes, role assignments, and the creation of new supervisory organizations.
• Maintain System Access & Data Integrity: Facilitate Workday access for unique scenarios (e.g., terminated employees where automation is unavailable) Process manual updates, including PRO requests and setup/termination of Board of Directors and contingent workers.
