Position Summary

The Total Rewards Team’s HRIS Assistant supports day‑to‑day analysis, execution, and communication of programs related to HRIS. Responsibilities include SuccessFactors maintenance, configuration, cost‑center updates, batch loads, interface management, complex reporting, periodic data audits, and related projects. The role collaborates with global HR, third‑party vendors, IT, Payroll and Legal.
