Job Summary:
The candidate will be part of the portfolio management team that is responsible for driving the
performance of Capita Land India Trust’s (CLINT) real estate portfolio across India. The role also involves working closely with senior team members to prepare business plans and periodic performance reviews.
Pre-Requisites:
Bachelor’s or postgraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Engineering, or related field.
1–2 years of experience in real estate, finance or consultancy (internship experience is applicable).
Strong analytical ability with excellent foundation in Microsoft Excel and Power Point; familiarity with financial modeling is a must.
Good communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working with large datasets.
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
