Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules based on demand forecasts and customer orders.
- Review material availability and coordinate with procurement to resolve shortages.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays, capacity constraints, or priority changes.
- Analyze demand, inventory levels, and lead times to optimize production planning.
- Coordinate with manufacturing teams to ensure adherence to schedules and capacity limits.
- Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) and Master Production Schedule (MPS) processes.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, schedule adherence, and inventory turns.
