Analyst II Master Data

Position Overview

The Master Data & Costing Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of SAP master data, including Bills of Materials (BOM), routings, and inventory data. This role supports costing processes by validating and analyzing data, identifying discrepancies, and resolving issues that impact product cost and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and validate master data in SAP, including BOMs, routings, and inventory data, as well as support cost estimate generation.
• Review, validate, and challenge engineering changes to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with manufacturing requirements.
• Define and validate routing rates for new assemblies, ensuring compliance with manufacturing standards.
• Perform inventory analysis and troubleshoot issues related to BOM inaccuracies, providing root cause analysis and corrective actions.
