Amazon Connect Engineer / Consultant

Role Overview

The L5 Amazon Connect Engineer is responsible for hands-on development, configuration, and continuous enhancement of Amazon Connect solutions and related AWS services. This role requires strong technical expertise, the ability to work independently, and experience delivering complex, large-scale Connect implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end development and configuration within Amazon Connect
  • Design, build, and optimize contact flows, routing logic, IVR experiences, and integrations
  • Develop serverless applications using AWS Lambda with TypeScript or JavaScript
  • Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform or AWS CDK
  • Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to enforce best practices, reusable components, and secure design patterns
