All Round Baker

Position Summary: As an all-rounder baker/chef, you’ll play a vital role in producing our unique, plant-based, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free products. We’re looking for someone who has an open mind about creating superfood-infused recipes and can bring culinary creativity to our offerings. Key Responsibilities: 1.⁠ ⁠Baking & Food Preparation: Prepare and bake a variety of gluten-free, plant-based pastries, cakes, and treats according to recipes and standards. Maintain consistency and quality control of baked goods such as breads, cookies and all baked goods. Prepare elixirs, smoothies, acai bowls and other beverages. 2.⁠ ⁠Chocolate Preparation Work with stone-ground chocolate, including melting, tempering, and crafting chocolate-based treats.
