Job Overview

An opportunity for an AIT Shopfloor has arisen within Airbus Defence and Space, Getafe (Madrid). The AIT SHOPFLOOR team is responsible for the thermomechanical and electrical integrations of satellites, as well as functional testing. We are looking for a professional to join us in a fixed‑term assignment with a desired start date of June2026.

Responsibilities

• Update work orders according to tasks performed.
• Respect procedures and health & safety regulations.
• Maintain and renew certifications required for the position.
• Assemble subassemblies and flight parts.
• Carry out shopfloor work in satellite integration, developing both electrical and mechanical skills.
• Participate in design, development and implementation of integration campaigns and functional testing.
