AI Learning Architect for Enterprise Adoption

Super is seeking an experienced AI Learning Partner to drive AI capability and adoption across the organization in Madrid, Spain. This role will focus on building scalable AI learning solutions that effectively integrate AI into daily work processes.

Ideal candidates will have over 8 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a strong background in instructional design and digital learning. Fluency in English and proficiency in Spanish are preferred, alongside experience with learning platforms.
