AI Delivery Manager

Role overview Leads AI services delivery practice end-to-end. Owns the cycle from pre-sales through delivery for enterprise AI engagements across retail, logistics, manufacturing, banking, healthcare and government sectors. This is a leadership role with hands-on expectations. Sits at the intersection of Pre-sales, operations, and technical delivery. Core responsibilities Pre-sales and proposal ownership: qualification, solutioning, commercial structuring, SOW authoring, and deal closure Delivery accountability across the active AI services portfolio, including Enterprise Code migrations, AI Workflow Automations, RAG-based chatbots, and AI-powered field applications Build-out and day-to-day management of the in-house AI delivery team Sub-vendor and partner management for customer deliveries P&L ownership on services engagements: margin discipline, utilization, scope management Board-level customer relationship ownership across active accounts Establishing delivery operating rhythms, qu...
