AI Academy Manager

Overview

AI Academy Manager – Te whiwhinga mahi. Reporting to the Team Lead for Tech Insights and adoption, and working closely with the Group Head of Innovation Investment & AI, this role translates Beca’s AI strategy and capability roadmap into an enterprise‑wide learning strategy.

Responsibilities

• Establish and operate a trusted, structured mechanism for AI capability uplift grounded in Responsible AI principles and aligned to Beca’s internal governance frameworks.
• Design, maintain, and evolve a sequenced, multi‑tier AI curriculum spanning foundational literacy through to advanced practitioner and leadership pathways.
• Define AI capability expectations by career stage and embed AI learning into existing programmes to ensure relevance across roles, disciplines and delivery models.
• Commission, curate and co‑develop high‑quality learning assets across multiple modalities, including practical, tool‑based experiences.
