The role is responsible for guiding Agile teams in applying Scrum principles, removing barriers to progress, and enabling continuous improvement. This role partners closely with Product Owners, cross functional teams, and leadership to ensure delivery of high quality products that meet business value objectives. The position serves as a servant-leader, coach, and facilitator to help teams work efficiently and collaboratively.

• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).


• Ability to coach teams and individuals at varying levels of Agile maturity.


• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) – Scrum Alliance.


• Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II) – (url removed).


• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) – Scaled Agile.
