Agile Scrum Master

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Scrum Master for a hybrid position (3 days per week onsite) with a Global Financial Institution located in Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

In this role, you will act as a servant leader, guiding and coaching teams on Agile practices. You will be responsible for facilitating all Agile ceremonies, managing dependencies, removing impediments, and promoting collaboration to support value delivery within a Scaled Agile environment.

Responsibilities:

• As a servant leader, guide and coach team/s on agile practices


• Facilitate agile ceremonies (for example, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Demos/Reviews, and Sprint Retrospectives)
