Agile Delivery Leadership
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Ensure backlog readiness and sprint discipline
Coach Product Owners on prioritization and backlog refinement
Remove impediments that affect team velocity and delivery predictability
Establish and monitor key performance metrics (velocity, cycle time, throughput, defect trends)
