Provides coaching for technology and business leaders, and teams on how to adopt and mature in scaled and team agile practices; including how to take in, prioritize, estimate, deliver work in an agile manner. As well as how to measure, improve and grow performance.
Skills:
Scaled Agile coaching experience, agile assets and report creation experience, strong Jira skills, as well as strong communication and leadership skills.
