Agile Coach

We’re looking for a seasoned Agile Coach (10+ years’ experience in complex organizations) to drive cultural change and help teams truly embrace the agile way of working. Your mission? Guide, mentor, and empower squads, tribes, and leaders to become self-sufficient and high-performing long after coaching ends. What you’ll do: Coach teams & leaders in agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, etc.) Facilitate ceremonies and improve squad/tribe dynamics Lead change management initiatives (training, mentoring, 1:1 coaching) Adapt agile practices to maturity levels and business needs Collaborate with fellow Agile Coaches to drive continuous improvement What we’re looking for: ✔ 10+ years’ experience in agile coaching & facilitation ✔ Strong change management and training background ✔ Certified in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.) ✔ Fluent in Dutch, French, and English ✔ A team player with empathy, communication, and persuasion skills
