Conceive, design, and deliver Voice/Conversation experiences and user flows, taking complex user actions and distilling them into usable, delightful interactionPresent and communicate lo-fi mockups, interaction design, hi-fi user flows, prototypes, and other design docs to the product team, stakeholder groups, and organizational leadershipBe able to clearly articulate design rationale and prioritize feedback to iterate rapidly as we learn more through the design exploration processIdentify new opportunities to use LLM AI into design production workflowsDeeply understand and empathize with our users’ needs and pain points, especially on linguisticsQualifications:
