As a Career Advisor, you will provide career, employment, and training information to Albertans over the phone.
You will support clients across a range of topics, including occupations, training options, employment programs, job search strategies, and educational funding, helping them make informed career and education decisions.
You will also conduct phone-based assessments to determine Feepayer eligibility.
To succeed in this role, you will bring robust communication, time management, assessment, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with provincial and federal career and employment programs and services will support a smooth transition into the position.
