Key Responsibilities Client Relationship & Project Review Meetings CLIENT & REVIEW Represent Floatex in all project review meetings — PRMs, weekly reviews, coordination calls — with authority to commit to schedules and corrective actions Prepare and present project status reports, recovery plans, and commissioning schedules to client management;
submissions are never late Manage client expectations proactively — flag risks before they become crises;
no missed milestone should ever be a surprise Execution & Commissioning Oversight EXECUTION Own the project schedule for all active projects from LOA through grid commissioning;
monitor progress dailyagainst milestones Manage Site Incharges directly;
ensure on-ground issuesare escalated and resolved without delay Coordinate across procurement, engineering, logistics, and site to identify and clear bottlenecks before they impact the critical path Drive partial and final commissioning activities;
