Job Description: The Senior CJA Developer is responsible for designing and delivering advanced analytics, dashboards, and insights using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to measure and optimize customer journeys. Design data views including metrics, dimensions, and calculated fields Build executive, operational, and journey-level dashboards Enable funnel, cohort, and pathing analysis Translate business questions into actionable analytics and insights Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and dashboards 6–9 years of experience in digital analytics or data analysis roles Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics Experience defining KPIs and metrics for banking or financial services Strong data analysis and visualization skills Good-to-Have Skills Experience building CXO-level dashboards and storytelling Adobe CJA certification
