Responsibilities

• Handle daily scheduling of crews
• Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers
• Perform administrative duties including answering phones, helping customers, maintaining file system, mail distribution, etc.
• Manage shipment tracking, billing, and collections
• Process moving paperwork
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned
