Job Description:
General:
- The Administrative Support Specialist will report to an assigned management and department staff. The incumbent will provide clerical and administrative support to the client.
Examples of Essential Functions:
- Provide clerical, administrative, and data entry support.
- Assist in collect, review and analyze data; preparing reports, charts, budgets and other presentation materials.
- Assist in coordination of office and/or departmental operations.
Examples of Essential Duties:
- Process expense reports, invoices, progress payments and other requests for payments.
- Review invoices and support documentation to ensure compliance with AP policies and procedures.
