Administrative Specialist

Job Objective: To fulfill a series of back office procedures focused on quality monitoring of our client experience.

Essential Job Functions

  • Answer and direct office phone calls.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely processing of payroll.
  • Tracking, filing, encoding, and reporting of company sales and expenses.
  • Prepare client invoices.
  • Manage accounts payable including billing collection, verification, and settlement.
  • Monitor and coordinate with accounting for processing of government benefits, business permits, and other compliances.
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding procurement of products or services for the company.
  • Manage overall office maintenance.
