Responsibilities
Performs administrative functions related to operations (not limited to the following):
- Cascades and implements policies and procedure.
- Attendance monitoring and recording
- Filing of mandated government contributions of employees
- Timely compensation and benefits generation
- Budget requests consolidation, review, and release
- Expenses control, and liquidation
- Monthly billings oversight and disbursement
- Other administrative tasks.
- Coordination with the Service Providers’ finance department for budget or payment requests
- Coordination to iSM’s finance department for budget or payment requests
- Maintains regular budget reports, expenses, and liquidation reports of the operations team.
