We are seeking a dedicated professional to support the front office of the WCAA Police Department. This is a temporary assignment for up to 6 months, located at 11050 Rogell Dr., Bldg. 602, Detroit, MI 48242. Enjoy the bustling city life of Detroit while contributing to a vital community service.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 am – 4 pm, with a 1/2 hour unpaid lunch break.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical tasks and manage front desk operations.
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Process Lost and Found articles efficiently.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an office setting.
- Proficiency in Windows, Word, Excel, and Adobe.
Preferences:
- Experience in customer service and administrative duties.
