Admin/ System Coordinator (Office Admin/ Basic IT/ 6 mths contract) Responsibilities
- Provide basic IT support and assist with simple troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment maintenance and support.
- Set up laptops for training sessions and meetings.
- Maintain and track IT inventory.
- Support routine tasks such as scheduled hardware swaps.
- Arrange IT setup for new hires and traveling employees.
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding (accounts, equipment, etc.).
- Assist with simple SAP data entry (e.g., parts creation).
- Handle ad hoc administrative and coordination tasks.
- GCE ‘N’ Level or above.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in system administration, vendor coordination.
- Able to commit to a 6‑month contract.
