About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day office administration, employee coordination, vendor management, documentation, and facility operations to ensure smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration activities
- Handle office supplies, inventory, and asset management
- Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, security, and facility teams
- Maintain employee records, files, and documentation
- Support onboarding and employee coordination activities
- Schedule meetings and manage office calendars
- Handle travel arrangements and logistics coordination
- Prepare reports, MIS, and maintain data in Excel
- Assist in office event coordination and employee engagement activities
