We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure a smooth, welcoming, and efficient workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sign for daily deliveries and ensure all mail and packages are distributed accordingly
- Serve guests or visitors by greeting and directing them appropriately and prepare coffee or tea for guests when required
- Answer general incoming calls and respond accordingly
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock including pantry items, cleaning items, and stationeries; perform name card ordering upon request
- Replenish pantry items and stationeries
- Assist in preparing staff welfare activities such as gatherings or festive celebrations
- Arrange airport transportation for China expatriate staff
- Arrange hotel and flight booking with travel agency
