We are looking for an Admin Assistant to join our team in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administration and coordination.
- Maintain data accuracy and update CRM records.
- Support finance, supplier communication, and client documentation.
- Follow up the monthly reports from sub-contractors.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years’ experience in administration or operations.
- Background in facility management is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiar with CRM systems and good in Excel.
