The Additional Training Developer provides critical production capacity to the training workstream, supporting the Training and Adoption Specialist in developing the full suite of role-based training materials required within 120 days of project start. Given the volume of deliverables across six user roles – user guides, exercises, job aids, slide decks, and e-learning content – this role is essential to meeting the Base Period training deadline without overextending the Key Personnel.
