Flexsource is currently recruiting for a number of Activation agents for our Client based in Cork. 

As a Activation Agent, you’ll play a key role in driving business, engaging with customers face-to-face, and ensuring a smooth journey from first contact through to installation.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Proactively engage with Current residential and business customers.
  • Present New Upgrade of tailored broadband and telecom solutions.
  • Work closely with the installation team to ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Consistently achieve targets and KPIs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times.

    • Candidate Profile:


  • Minimum 6 months’ customer-facing experience (field sales, retail, or similar).
  • Experience or knowledge of broadband installation and/or telecommunications is desirable.
