Elevate partner development in Canada as Actionstep's Partner Development Lead. In this strategic role, you'll enhance partnerships to cultivate new business opportunities.
As the Partner Development Lead, your focus will be on expanding Actionstep’s partner ecosystem, fostering strong relationships with Actionstep Certified Partners, Referral Partners, and ISVs. You will be responsible for increasing the volume of new ARR through effective partner collaboration and sales enablement strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive growth in partner-generated Actionstep ARR
• Support co-marketing initiatives with Sales and Marketing
• Regularly communicate with partnerships via newsletters
• Manage regional partner relationship systems and data
• Collaborate with Finance to review partner commissions
Requirements:
• Expertise in partner sales and account management
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Experience using Salesforce for data management
