Overview

Accounts Receivable Officer – responsible for achieving debtor payment targets, maintaining a clean ledger, and providing exceptional support to retail customers. Works closely with the sales team to ensure accurate accounts for targets and support sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and foster strong customer relationships.
• Develop and monitor accounts, including credit limits, payments, and claims.
• Maintain a clean ledger and follow up on claims and overdue accounts.
• Attend regular internal meetings with BDMs to ensure accounts are accurate to sales targets.
• Provide regular updates to Sales Managers and BDMs when needed.
• Contribute to the development of new processes.
• Coordinate with BDMs, DC and customer service to achieve collective goals.
• Work on cashflow forecasts for decision‑making.
